Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise. Defined terms appear in title case throughout this document.

Access to and use of the net33 Platform and its Services is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — there are no exceptions regardless of local custom or parental consent.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and use online gaming services.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be employed by, contracted with, or otherwise affiliated with net33, any of its technology providers, game studios, or payment partners.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order from the net33 Platform or from any other gaming operator whose exclusion net33 has agreed to honour.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or a close associate of a PEP without having disclosed this status to net33 during the KYC process.

net33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

To access the full range of net33 Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form. The following conditions apply to your Account:

• One Account Per Member: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the net33 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Registration Data: You are required to provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, and a date of birth. All information must be truthful and must match your government-issued identity documents.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. net33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to a failure on your part to safeguard your login details.
• Notification of Compromise: You must notify net33 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our 24/7 team via live chat or by emailing support@net33.club.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Accounts may not be used by or on behalf of any other person.

net33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is mandatory for all Members prior to the processing of a first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time thereafter at net33's discretion.

The standard KYC documentation requested by net33 includes, but is not limited to:

• A clear, legible colour copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — accepted documents include a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / Indonesian National Identity Card), SIM (Indonesian driver's licence), or valid passport.
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months — accepted documents include a utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another major Indonesian bank, or an official government letter.
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) registered to your net33 Account and used for deposit transactions.
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, taken within 24 hours of submission.

net33 will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. During any pending KYC review, deposits and gameplay may continue but withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete. net33 does not charge any fee for KYC processing.

Submitting falsified, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required.

All financial transactions on the net33 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). net33 does not apply currency conversion fees; amounts deposited in IDR reach your Account wallet in full, without deduction.

Accepted Deposit Methods: net33 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum & Maximum Transactions: The current minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The current minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily transaction limits vary by payment method and Member verification tier; current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of each transaction.

Processing Times: Deposits credited from Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are typically reflected in your Account Balance in real time or within five minutes. Withdrawal requests to verified bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform traffic, banking system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Destination: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name and has been verified as part of your KYC documentation. net33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

net33 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, seasonal promotions (such as those tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year, and Indonesian Independence Day), and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. The standard wagering requirement ranges from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the product category.
• Time Limits: All promotions carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet staked; live casino and sportsbook bets typically contribute at a lower rate (stated in individual promotion terms). Playing games with a low or zero wagering contribution does not reduce the outstanding rollover requirement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses is considered a breach of these Terms.
• Abuse Prevention: net33 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend any Account where it determines — at its sole and reasonable discretion — that bonus terms have been exploited, abused, or circumvented, including through the use of low-variance betting strategies designed to clear rollover with minimal risk.
• Promotional Changes: net33 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that promotions already claimed by Members in good faith will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

All games and betting markets offered on the net33 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market page. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms prevail unless a game-specific rule expressly states otherwise.

• Bets Are Final: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the net33 system, it may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Member except where a specific cash-out feature is available and exercised prior to event settlement.
• Pricing Errors: In the event that incorrect odds, game odds, or pay-table values are displayed due to a technical error, net33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Balance without interest or compensation.
• Void Events: Sportsbook events that are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned without a result being reached may be declared void at net33's discretion, with stakes returned to the Member's Balance.
• RNG Certification: All slot, table game, and number-lottery outcomes on the net33 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are provably fair and cannot be influenced by net33 or any Member.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Individual game stake limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, betting market, and Member verification tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the net33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game or feature in a manner not available to a standard human user.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, Domino QQ, or any competitive multi-player format.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profits. Members who identify an error are required to notify net33 support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Providing false identity information, submitting forged or altered documents, or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing net33 staff or other Members through any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to net33 servers, databases, or other Members' Accounts through hacking, phishing, or any other means.

net33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment, and net33 provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help Members maintain control of their play. The following responsible gaming features are available to all Members via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders at intervals of your choosing to notify you of how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to six weeks. During this period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block yourself from re-registering on the Platform. To activate self-exclusion, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion is irreversible once confirmed.

All content published on the net33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of net33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tool on any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of net33's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your access licence and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Indonesian and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net33 and its directors, employees, agents, technology providers, and game studios shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
• Any losses arising from the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical outages, denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures beyond net33's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from the Member's reliance on inaccurate odds, game statistics, or promotional information that was published in error and subsequently corrected by net33.
• Any unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

In all circumstances where net33's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, net33's maximum aggregate liability to any single Member for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits net33's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

net33 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members during registration, KYC, and ongoing platform use in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• All data transmissions between your device and the net33 Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading Indonesian banks including BCA and Mandiri.
• Personal data is never sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Payment data (bank account numbers, e-wallet credentials) is tokenised and is never stored in plain text on net33 servers.
• Members may request a copy of their stored personal data or request deletion of non-essential data by contacting support@net33.club.

net33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, net33 will notify registered Members by email to the address on record, by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, or both, no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting net33 support before the amendment's effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming industry standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which net33 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and net33, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Member must first contact net33's support team via live chat or by emailing support@net33.club, providing full details of the dispute. net33 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction at Step 1, the Member may escalate in writing to net33's compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review and respond within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — External Review: If the matter remains unresolved after Step 2, either party may refer the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, whose decision shall be binding on both parties subject to applicable law.
